Mambo Virtual Academy Terms and Conditions:

We will always offer a minimum of 4 hours per week from our staff to all our subscribers.

Special workshops are not included, however if you have a subscription, you will receive a 20% discount. To get your discount and sign up for the special classes, please send an email to info@mambovirtualacademy.com

All lessons are available for replay in the archive. Replay will be available for the current and previous month (only if you have a subscription for that month )

NOTE: to access the archive you need an active subscription. Cancellation of your subscription will also terminate your access to the MVA archive

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS: You are free to cancel any automatic payments at any time with NO FEES. However, cancellation of automatic payments immediately will drop any introductory price discount and you will have to pay the regular rate if you sign up again. 

CANCELLATION OF AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS: 

Please request cancellation of your subscription at list 24 hours before renewal so you don't get charge processing fees. If you request cancellation in the next 24 hours after your renewal, you are entitled to a 50%  refund. If you request cancellatio after 24 hours from the time your renewal was proceesed, there are no refuds.

PAYPAL AND STRIPE

PAYPAL: To CANCEL the automatic payments you have to do so directly from your paypal account. Please cancel automatic payments at list 48 hours before your renewal to avoid charges. In case you are charged and you will like a refund you have to do so no later than 24 hours after your renewal date and you will be charged a non refundable fee of $30. No refunds for the current month will be available if you request it more than 24 hours after your recurrent payment is processed. All cancellations need to be requested via email at info@mambovirtualacademy.com 

STRIPE: To CANCEL the automatic payments you will need to request it at least 24 hours before your renewal date since they have to be done on our end. Any cancellations requested in the period of time from 24 hours before your renewal date and 24 hours after your renewal date will have a processing fee of $30. No refunds for the current month will be available if the cancellation happens 24 hours after we process your payment. In case that you made the request to cancel your subscription 24 hours before your renewal date and you get charged, we will refund you 100% with no penalties.
